Catherine Wojcik has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2000. Catherine began their career at Cavalier Telephone as a Project Coordinator. In 2011, they moved to BullsEye Telecom as a Sales Admin Associate. In 2012, they returned to Project Coordination at Grid4 Communications.

The last two days have been a whirlwind.

I’m in the middle of a move, and if you’ve ever done one of those, you know it’s no small feat.

I’m exhausted and overwhelmed.

But in the midst of it all, I’ve been reminded of something important.

Sometimes, it’s OK to take a break.

I’ve been so focused on getting everything done that I’ve been pushing myself to the point of exhaustion.

But yesterday, I realized that I needed to take a break.

I needed to step away from the chaos and just breathe.

So I did.

I took some time to just sit and be still.

I took some time to just be in the moment and appreciate the beauty of the world around me.

And it was just what I needed.

It gave me the clarity and perspective I needed to move forward.

It reminded me that it’s OK to take a break.

It’s OK to step away from the chaos and just be.

It’s OK to take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the world around you.
