Yotam Shichel has held a variety of roles in the software development and machine learning engineering fields. In 2009, they began their career as a Robotics and Computer Teacher at Highly Intelligent Students- Maof School. In 2012, they moved to Roboteam Ltd., where they served as a QA and IT Manager, responsible for testing and developing software and guiding materials for robots, as well as managing the computers network and Microsoft accounts. In 2013, they became a Software Developer at Check Point Software Technologies, where they were the single owner of the Renewal Tool, providing purchasing support and licensing for the company's products. In 2015, they joined VMware as a Software Developer in the vRealize Business department. Finally, in 2016, they joined Grid4C as a Machine Learning Engineer and Software Developer.
Yotam Shichel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer and Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2008 and 2012. yotam then pursued a Master's degree in Software and Information Systems Engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Big Data analytics, at the same university between 2018 and 2020.
