Shrnjaykrishnan Venkitaramanan has a diverse work experience in the field of power electronics and electrical engineering. Shrnjaykrishnan started their career as an Industrial Trainee at WEG Industries, where they gained knowledge about electrical machinery manufacturing. Shrnjaykrishnan then worked as an Electrical Production Trainee at Versa Drives Private Limited, where they received hands-on training on the production of energy-efficient ceiling fans.

Following that, Shrnjaykrishnan worked as a Research Development Intern at Superfan - Save Energy, focusing on research and development projects. Shrnjaykrishnan then joined the Indian Association of Energy Management Professionals (IAEMP) as a Member of the Content Writing Core Committee, where they contributed to organizing energy management programs and ideathons for students.

As an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Vellore Institute of Technology, Shrnjaykrishnan conducted research in the field of power electronics. Shrnjaykrishnan continued to enhance their skills in this area as an Assistant Design Engineer at Geliose Mobility Private Limited, where they worked on power electronics and embedded systems.

Shrnjaykrishnan then embarked on an internship at Joby Aviation, where they were part of the Power Electronics team. Their responsibilities included designing, developing, and verifying high-power DC-DC converter modules and motor control applications. Shrnjaykrishnan also worked on developing high-power DC-DC LLC resonant converters for improved efficiency and power density.

Most recently, Shrnjaykrishnan worked at ENFusion as a Power Electronics Test Engineer, responsible for testing power electronics components and systems. Currently, they work at GridBridge, Inc. as a Power Electronics Hardware Engineer, focusing on developing hardware for power electronics applications.

Shrnjaykrishnan Venkitaramanan holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics & Energy Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder. Shrnjaykrishnan pursued this degree from 2021 to 2023.

Prior to their master's degree, Shrnjaykrishnan completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at VIT University (Chennai Campus) from 2016 to 2020.
