Joseph Marsh, GISP has a diverse work experience in the field of GIS. Joseph later worked at Google Maps as a Visual Data Specialist and Trainer, where they improved data integrity and conducted trainings. Joseph then joined Puget Sound Energy as a GIS Specialist, where they integrated data from various sources to locate and catalog assets, providing high-quality deliverables.

Joseph's next role was at Esri, where they worked as a Solutions Engineer and a Product Owner. In these positions, they focused on customer needs and developed and maintained solutions for the electric utilities sector. Joseph stayed up-to-date on market trends and trained coworkers on new technologies.

After Esri, Joseph worked at POWER Engineers as a Senior Consultant, where they provided consulting services. Currently, they are employed at GridBright as a Senior Consultant.

Outside of their professional work, Joseph also owned a freelance GIS, graphic design, and scripting business called JoeMarshGIS. During this time, they utilized their skills during travel adventures and discovered opportunities for project-based work.
