Matt Bushell

Matt Bushell is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Marketing at GridGain since August 2025. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Senior Director, Head of Product Marketing at Aerospike, Inc. from November 2017 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing product go-to-market strategies and vertical solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Product Marketing and Director of Product Marketing at Pluribus Networks, as well as Director of Product and Corporate Marketing at Nlyte Software, focusing on product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis. Earlier in the career, Matt worked at IBM for nearly eight years in various marketing roles, including Sr. Manager Product Marketing and Program Marketing Manager for DB2 Software. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management, respectively.
