Nancy Cooley

Nancy Cooley has extensive work experience in the utility and infrastructure sectors. Nancy has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Lead Field Technician at Great Plains Locating Service in 1998. Nancy then worked at ELM Locating as the Illinois State Trainer and Field Technician before joining United States Infrastructure Corp., Inc. (USIC) as a Regional Trainer.

Nancy later worked as an OSP Inspector at Linderlake Corporation and as a Field Technician at Turnkey Network Solutions. Nancy then joined S&N Communications, Inc. as a Project Field Technician and later became a Supervisor, overseeing and managing locators in specific areas and troubleshooting difficult locates.

Following their time at S&N Communications, Inc., Nancy worked at UtiliQuest, LLC as an Indiana State Trainer and a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Indiana/Ohio. Nancy then joined Consolidated Infrastructure Group as a Training Coordinator.

Nancy'smost recent position was at GridHawk LLC, where they served as the Director of Training before transitioning to the roles of MEA Evaluator, ITS Evaluator, and ultimately, the Director of Quality & Compliance. Throughout their career, Nancy has demonstrated expertise in locating utilities, training new hires, and ensuring compliance with company requirements.

Nancy Cooley attended Western Illinois University, where they studied Business. Nancy has also obtained certifications as a Master Evaluator from Industrial Training Services Inc in 2022 and as a MEA Evaluator from the Midwest ENERGY Association in 2017.
