Danielle Vap

Danielle Vap is the current Quality & Warehouse Manager at Greenwood Aero. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Finance at the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce from January 2015 to December 2019. In this role, they managed accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliation, financial statements, and check registers for multiple accounts. Danielle also developed and prepared reports to support the Chamber and Foundation’s annual budget development. In addition, Danielle oversaw employee payroll using QuickBooks Intuit and maintained and managed tax reporting and filing. Danielle completed sales tax reports and processed quarterly and annual forms such as W-2s, W-3s, 1099-MISC, and Forms 941, 940, 1096, and 1099-MISC, as well as monthly Oklahoma Withholding and Tax Commission reports.

Danielle Vap has an Associate of Science in Business Management from Northern Oklahoma College, an Associate of Science in General Studies from Northern Oklahoma College, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Cowley College. Danielle is certified as an AS Internal Auditor and Hazmat Shipper.
