Kamran Mahmood

Kamran Mahmood has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kamran is currently the CEO of Gridizen Ltd UK, where they have developed a property management platform that incorporates ESG reporting and community engagement tools. Kamran is also an Advisory Council Member at TWI, a prominent independent research and technology organization specializing in materials joining and engineering processes. Previously, Kamran served as the CEO of CWSQ, a company focused on creating living spaces for first-time buyers and young professionals in London. Kamran was also the Chairman of the BHA PRS Committee, which aimed to professionalize the management of rental accommodation. Kamran has held positions such as Chief Investment Officer at PRS Invest (PRSi), Chairman of The Ethical Crowd (TEC), Director of Operations at Smart City Apartments, and Business Development Director at Henley Homes PLC. Kamran Mahmood completed their BSc in Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London from 1987 to 1990. Kamran then pursued becoming a Qualified Accountant and attained the FCCA qualification from Accountancy Tutors (Kaplan Financial) between 1991 and 1994. Before that, they attended Westminster City School from 1982 to 1987, although the degree name and field of study were not specified.
