Michelle Karlbon

Michelle Karlbon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michelle is currently working at Gridline, Inc. as the Director of People Operations and HR Manager. Prior to this, they worked at AGC Glass Company North America as the Human Resources Manager from 2020 to 2021. Michelle also served as the Employee Relations Manager at UMOM New Day Centers from 2019 to 2020 and as the HR and Compliance Manager at Save the Family Foundation of Arizona from 2019 to 2020.
