Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at GRIDSERVE since April 2024, Julian previously held the position of Delivery Director at Upp from June 2020 to March 2024. Prior to that role, Julian was the Operations and Capital Delivery Director at Affinity Water, overseeing major infrastructure programs for the UK’s largest water-only company. Julian's career includes significant achievements as Programme Delivery Director for Heathrow, where leadership in the award-winning Terminal 2B project was demonstrated. Early career experience includes pivotal roles at AECOM and educational credentials include an MBA from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Birmingham.
