Matt Sandell has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Matt began in 2000 as a swim coach for Gymspecfic and then moved on to work as a director for Amcas Corporation Ltd, where they focused on new business sales and lead generation. In 2008, they transitioned to Proactive HR as an HR Recruitment Consultant, helping employers fill critical vacancies. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Business Development Manager for Swim Expert, a leading swimming improvement service in the UK.
In 2011, Sandell joined Anesco Ltd, a complete energy services company, as the Director of Sales. Matt played a key role in establishing Anesco as a market leader in energy efficiency through new business sales. Matt later took on the role of Business Development Manager before leaving the company in 2016.
Sandell then worked at Schneider Electric from 2016 to 2018, focusing on Data Centre Solutions. In 2019, they joined GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited as the Public Sector Partnerships Director, and later transitioned to the role of Sales Director in July 2020. Their current role and tenure at GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited is ongoing.
Matt Sandell attended the University of Birmingham from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Sport and Exercise Sciences. Prior to that, they attended Theale, but no specific details about the degree or field of study are provided.
