Matt Sandell

Matt Sandell has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Matt began in 2000 as a swim coach for Gymspecfic and then moved on to work as a director for Amcas Corporation Ltd, where they focused on new business sales and lead generation. In 2008, they transitioned to Proactive HR as an HR Recruitment Consultant, helping employers fill critical vacancies. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Business Development Manager for Swim Expert, a leading swimming improvement service in the UK.

In 2011, Sandell joined Anesco Ltd, a complete energy services company, as the Director of Sales. Matt played a key role in establishing Anesco as a market leader in energy efficiency through new business sales.
