We provide utility construction expertise backed by a proven record of success. GRIDSOURCE specializes in utility construction, including broadband networks, fiber optic cable construction, and natural gas distribution. Our capabilities include aerial and underground construction, fiber optic and coaxial splicing and certification, bridge attachments, river bores, and industrial pipelines.

GRIDSOURCE is a safety-first company. Our approach is to keep safety at the forefront of every project, every day. We invest in every employee through relevant training and certification programs to build a culture of safety and awareness, and we follow up with regular meetings to keep employees focused and prevent complacency.

GRIDSOURCE embraces a culture of innovation. Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) reduces environmental impact while keeping projects on time and within budget—and it is the future of our industry. We were one of the first major utility contractors to adopt the process and develop core expertise, and we are continually developing new capabilities to expand the availability of HDD to new use cases and site conditions.

We have the best people in the business. Our company’s growth and success are based on the talent and dedication of our employees and a shared, organization-wide commitment to safety and environmental sustainability. Technical expertise, professionalism, and a safety-first mindset are the defining traits of GRIDSOURCE’s employees.

We are proud to be a woman-owned company headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. GRIDSOURCE also has eight regional offices strategically located across the Southeast, spanning Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
