Kelly Strand (Kosco)

Kelly Strand (Kosco) has worked in the energy and sustainability sector since 2007. From 2007-2008, they worked as an intern at Holland America Line in the Transportation & Operations Division. From 2008-2014, they worked at McKinstry Company in various roles, including Software Project Manager (on-loan), Consultant/ Project Manager, Sustainability/ Energy, and Financial Analyst, Major Construction (Total Cost of Ownership Analyst). From 2014-2022, they worked at Snohomish County PUD as a Senior Program Manager, Program Manager - New Energy Initiatives, Planner – Energy Efficiency & Customer Service, and Program Manager & Evaluator – Energy Efficiency. Kelly also worked as President & CEO of Bermuda Green, LLC from 2014-2022, where they led sales generation, managed business operations, contracting, tax and revenue management, legal and risk planning. In 2022, they began working at Gridware as the Director of Customer Success.

Kelly Strand (Kosco) attended Cornell University from 2004-2008, where they earned a BS in Applied Economics & Management. In 2007, they participated in an Undergraduate Study at the Umbra Institute in Italy, focused on International Business. Kelly also attended Lakeside, though the degree, field of study, and years of attendance are unknown. Additionally, in February 2009, they obtained a LEED AP certification from the USGBC.
