Sara Koutaich

Sara Koutaich currently serves as Chief of Staff at Gridwise, where responsibilities include spearheading day-to-day operations and partnering with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Previously, at Viva, Sara held roles as Senior EA & Customer Success Lead and Executive Assistant, providing strategic support and coaching a team. Additional experience includes roles in project management, marketing, and administrative assistance at various organizations, showcasing a strong foundation in operations, project scope definition, and team leadership. Sara holds a Law Degree from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta.
