Cathy Boies

Cathy Boies is currently the Director, Interior West at Gridworks since August 2023. Previously, Cathy served as the Director of Policy at Colorado Solar and Storage Association (COSSA) from January 2021 to August 2023. Cathy also worked as a Utilities 2020 Consultant, a Policy Analyst at Colorado Public Utilities Commission, and an Executive Assistant at Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. Cathy holds a Master of Legal Studies in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Policy from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Yale University.
