Akash Roshan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Renault-Nissan Alliance. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an Intern at Volkswagen AG, where they contributed to the VW Group Corporate Strategy for E-Mobility. Following this, in 2018, they interned at BMW Group as part of the MINI Product Management team. In 2019, they continued their work at BMW Group, this time as a Master Thesis student at the Mobility & Energy Services division. Akash then joined KlimaGut e-Mobility Services UG in 2020 as a Project Manager. Currently, Akash is working at gridX as both a Solution Manager, a position they held from 2021 to 2023, and a Product Manager, a role they started in 2023.
Akash Roshan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Sathyabama University, attending from 2010 to 2014. Akash then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Automotive Management at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Akash also obtained certifications such as the Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org in December 2019 and a Master Diploma in Product Design and Analysis from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in July 2014.
