Egenaz Yücel has a work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Egenaz is currently working as a Support Engineer at gridX since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at KONTEK ENERJİ from January 2017 to October 2022, holding roles such as New Technologies Manager, Grid Integration Systems Engineer, and Energy Monitoring and System Engineer. In their role as an Energy Monitoring and System Engineer, they used various monitoring portals for PV Plants and utilized remote monitoring systems to ensure smooth operation of equipment. Before joining KONTEK ENERJİ, they had an internship as an Engineering Intern at Turkcell in 2015.
Egenaz Yücel's education history is as follows. From 2009 to 2015, they attended Akdeniz University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2013, they also briefly studied at Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering. Egenaz has also completed multiple certifications related to solar energy from Technische Universiteit Delft, including PV1x: Solar Energy: Photovoltaic (PV) Energy Conversion in August 2019, PV2x: Solar Energy: Photovoltaic (PV) Technologies in February 2020, PV3x: Solar Energy: Photovoltaic (PV) Systems in April 2020, and PV4x: Solar Energy: Integration of Photovoltaic Systems in Microgrids in April 2020. Finally, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in Hybrid and Micro Grid Power Systems from UL.
