Sean Dolan

Sean Dolan is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at GridX, Inc. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Dolan held positions as Lead Software Engineer at Headway Cooperative and Full Stack Software Engineer at The Climate Service, where significant contributions included building the main product, Climanomics®, and implementing automated end-to-end testing. Earlier in the career, Dolan participated in the Project Shift Software Engineering Fellowship and held roles in various companies such as BCforward, Accenture, State Street, and Snail Games China, where expertise ranged from software engineering to financial management and localization. Sean's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis and additional training at Tech Talent South.
