Agathe A. Thorbjørnsen

Agathe A. Thorbjørnsen has an extensive work experience in the seafood industry. Agathe A. currently serves as the Sales Director at Grieg Seafood since 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Marine Harvest Group, including Sales & Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Director from 1992 onwards. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Måltidets Hus/NCE Culinology in 2013 and at the Norwegian Seafood Council from 1999 to 2002.

Agathe A. Thorbjørnsen completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at the University of San Francisco from 1988 to 1990. Agathe A. pursued further education in Economics and obtained a Bachelor's degree from BI Norwegian Business School between 1986 and 1987. In 1994, they enrolled in the Nutreco Management Academy where they completed the Intercultural Management Program, focused on Business Administration and Management. Later, in 2016 to 2017, they attended BI Norwegian Business School once again, obtaining an Executive Master of Management degree with a specialization in Digital Communication Management.
