Hemal Gala is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management across various financial firms. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Gries Financial Partners since November 2022, Hemal previously held the position of COO at Leargas Capital, LLC, for a brief period in 2022. Hemal's expertise in operations is further demonstrated through roles as Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations in Private Wealth Management at Ellevest from 2019 to 2022, Operations Manager at Semper Capital Management from 2017 to 2019, and Head of Operations at Pulse Capital Partners from 2014 to 2017. Hemal began a career in operations at Rabar Market Research, Inc., where a tenure spanned from 1993 to 2014 as Director of Trading and Operations. Hemal holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Commerce (Part I) from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
