Martin Bosshard

Martin Bosshard is an experienced leader with a diverse background in service management and operations. Currently serving as the Leiter Geschäftseinheit Home & Service at Griesser since January 2023, Martin oversees approximately 200 employees and holds P/L responsibility, focusing on organizational development and achieving operational goals. Martin has an extensive history in customer service management, having led the schweizweiten Kundenservice Detailhandel at Dipl. Ing. Fust, and previously held significant leadership roles in logistics and operations at MS Direct AG, MS Mail Service AG, and arvato teleservice GmbH. Martin's education includes advanced studies in marketing management from Berner Fachhochschule and an electronic engineering diploma from Schweizerische Technische Fachschule Winterthur.
