Ed Carter

Ed Carter has a diverse work experience spanning different industries, starting with their current role as the Head of Banking Operations at Griffin since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director - Business Operations at Chipper Cash from December 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they held various positions at J.P. Morgan, including Global Program Manager - Payments Transformation (ISO 20022) from September 2020 to November 2021, Program Manager - Global Treasury Funding from September 2017 to August 2020, and Project Manager - EMEA Legal Entity Strategy from March 2014 to August 2017. Ed began their career in the British Army as an Infantry Officer from September 2006 to March 2014.

Ed Carter earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Concordia University Chicago from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they completed an Officer Commissioning Course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 2007, specializing in Command and Leadership. In 2003 to 2006, they attended Nottingham Trent University, where they obtained a BSc in Planning (RICS accredited). Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Impact and Influence from Henley Business School, PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Chartered Manager Level 8 from the Chartered Management Institute, and Advanced Management Achievement from Alliance Manchester Business School.
