Caitlin Tharp

Caitlin Tharp is an experienced Account Executive currently working at Griffin Media since November 2023, previously holding the same position at Hearst from April 2022 to December 2023. Prior to their roles in media, Caitlin served as an Area Manager at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits for nearly four years and as a Sales Representative at E. & J. Gallo Winery for over two years. Caitlin also has a background in coaching as the Varsity Pom Coach at Deer Creek Public Schools, where responsibilities included instructing and choreographing dance routines. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Gil's Clothing and Denim Bar, where marketing and inventory responsibilities were key, and as a Hospitality Specialist at Westwood Golf Course, focusing on operations and training. Caitlin holds a degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
