Alon Najer

Alon Najer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and project management within the construction and resource management sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Waste Resource Management since June 2024, Najer previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Griffin Dewatering from January 2010 to June 2024, where responsibilities included P&L management, sales oversight, and the leadership of nationwide teams on diverse high-profile projects.
