Prior to this role, Bill worked as a Project Manager at Mersino Dewatering from February 2003 to December 2007 and as a Sales/Project Manager at Midwest Dewatering from February 1993 to February 2004. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing, both obtained from Kent State University between 1973 and 1978.
