Donald Koch

Donald Koch is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system and network management. Currently serving as a Maintenance Engineer at Griffin Networks since September 2015, Donald is responsible for the remote management and maintenance of client workstations and servers. Prior roles include IT Manager and Systems Administrator at South Mountain Creamery, where corporate network design and the rollout of a Comcast Business VOIP system were key achievements. Donald has also managed daily IT operations at Nutricia North America and owned an interior design and remodeling business, where client consultation and construction tasks were integral. Early career experience includes work as a Scenic Craftsman at CENTERSTAGE, contributing to theater set construction and technical guidance for junior craftspeople. Donald holds an A+ and MCP in Computer Technology from AccuTech Technical Institute.
