Fred Delibero

Fred Delibero is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal and Chief Executive Officer at Griffin Riley Property Group since October 2016, Delibero previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Summit Custom Homes, LLC from March 2002 to February 2023. Prior to that, Delibero was Senior Manager of Retail Leasing at Copaken, White & Blitt from December 1996 to March 2002. Delibero holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida Metropolitan University.
