Charlotte Michelbrink

Charlotte Michelbrink is a Principal Food Technologist at Griffith Foods, with a professional journey that began in September 2016 and includes previous roles as Senior Food Technologist and PD&I Food Technologist. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Griffith Laboratories, where innovation in food coating resulted in the development of The Never-Fry, and internships at the University of Antwerp, focusing on biofilm-forming capacity of Staphylococcus clinical isolates, and at Mariaziekenhuis Overpelt, which involved statistical analysis in bacteriology. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering Technology from KU Leuven (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree as a medical laboratory scientist from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool (2011-2014).
