Cousy Nash has extensive experience in quality and food safety management, currently serving as the Food Safety Quality Manager at Griffith Foods since October 2012, overseeing a team of four and managing the internal auditing program to meet BRC standards. Prior to this role, Nash worked at US Smokeless Tobacco from October 2005 to May 2012 as the Quality System Support Manager, managing a team of 19 lab and line technicians and three supervisors, focusing on quality across all production stages. Nash's earlier experience includes serving as QA Manager/Auditor at Alberto Culver from March 1998 to October 2005, and a role as Quality Assurance Chemist from August 1997 to October 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northeastern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Oklahoma State University.
