Henry Artalejo

Henry Artalejo has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with extensive leadership roles in various companies. Starting in 1992, they worked at Motorola in various roles, including Manager of Human Resources. From 1999 to 2002, Artalejo served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Alcatel-Lucent, where they provided support to the North America Sales region. Henry then moved on to Alcatel-Lucent's Product Development segment, serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources from 2002 to 2006. Artalejo joined Sara Lee Corporation in 2006 as Director of Human Resources, leading the Fresh Bakery Central Region Manufacturing HR organization. From 2009 to 2012, they took on an ex-pat assignment with Sara Lee Corporation/Douwe Egberts as Director of Human Resources. Artalejo went on to hold leadership positions at Diesel and Godiva Chocolatier, before joining Ingredion Incorporated in 2017 as Vice President of Talent Management and later as Vice President of North America Human Resources. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Griffith Foods. Throughout their career, Artalejo has been responsible for strategic planning, talent management, and leading HR teams on both a regional and global scale.

Henry Artalejo has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Change Management from the Center for Creative Leadership and in Insights Discovery from Insights in the year 2016.
