Lucy Smart possesses extensive experience in purchasing and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Purchasing Europe at Griffith Foods since October 2010. Previously, Lucy held various roles at Thorntons from December 2007 to October 2010, including Production Scheduler, Forecast Analyst, and Packaging Buyer. An alumna of Bournemouth University, Lucy earned a 2:1 degree in Business Studies from 2003 to 2007.
