Griffith Foods
Matt Cutts currently serves as Vice President of R&D for Griffith Foods, overseeing operations across Europe, India, the Middle East, and Africa since July 2022. Prior to this role, Cutts held various positions at Mars, including Innovation Director and R&D Product Director, focusing on product innovation and development. Experience also includes leading teams in product and process implementation, as well as coaching in lean manufacturing at Mars Food Australia. Earlier roles include Innovations Manager at St Ivel and Process Development Manager at Masterfoods Holland. Cutts began a career as a Chocolate Development Technologist at Mars UK. An alumnus of the University of Reading, Cutts holds a degree in Food Technology and Processing.
