Michael Chong

Michael Chong serves as the Regional Sustainability Lead for Griffith Foods in the Asia Pacific, focusing on the company's 2030 Aspirations & Sustainability initiatives through regional and global collaboration. Previously, Michael held the role of Regional Sustainability Lead at Neste, where significant contributions were made to combat climate change and promote circular economy solutions across 16 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Michael has extensive experience in sustainability engagement, supply chain management, and responsible sourcing, having also worked at Cargill and Sime Darby in sustainability roles. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
