Zayda Martinez

Zayda Martinez is a highly experienced finance professional with a robust background in leadership and strategic management. Currently serving as Managing Director for Griffith Foods in the Andean Region, Zayda has also held the role of Finance Director at the same company. Additionally, Zayda contributes to various boards, including AmCham Antioquia & Caldas and Fundación Nutriamor. Zayda's previous experience includes significant positions at Unilever, where roles spanned Finance Director, Project Manager, and Account Manager, as well as earlier positions at Colfondos S.A. and Banco Cafetero. Zayda holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in IFRS from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Finance from Universidad Externado de Colombia, complementing a foundational degree in Public Accounting from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Further education includes ongoing studies at Boston University.
