Deborah Graf (Keepers)

Deborah (Keepers) Graf has a diverse work experience in the field of tax and accounting. Deborah currently holds the position of Senior Director of Tax at Griffon Corporation since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Griffon Corporation in various roles including Tax Director, Senior Tax Manager, and Tax Manager from 2009 to 2020. Before joining Griffon Corporation, they worked as a Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 2000 to 2004. Deborah also served as a Senior Tax Manager at Moss Adams LLP from 1998 to 2000 and as a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young from 1993 to 1998. Deborah started their career as a Senior Accountant at CCR LLP (formerly Shapiro Weiss & Co.) from 1990 to 1993 and as a Staff Accountant at Kiesling Associates LLP from 1989 to 1990.

Deborah (Keepers) Graf has a strong educational background in the field of accounting and taxation. Deborah earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Southern California, where they obtained a Master's degree in Tax Law/Taxation from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degrees, Deborah has also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the state of Massachusetts in 1992.
