Elana Furman

Elana Furman is an experienced senior leader in biopharma strategy and operations, currently serving as Senior Director at Grifols since March 2025. Prior to this role, Elana was with Centessa Pharmaceuticals from March 2021 to March 2025 as Senior Director of Commercialization and Special Projects, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial strategy for a rare disease portfolio and preparing for the launch of a hemophilia program. Elana's previous tenure at Boston Consulting Group from August 2014 to March 2021 included roles as Director, Operations, Strategy and Planning and Principal, where Elana led teams tackling complex commercial challenges in biopharma. Additional experience includes project management of a telehealth initiative at CVS Health and a summer associate position at BCG. Elana holds dual degrees from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Sciences Po Lyon.
