Elsa Rios

Elsa Rios is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global People Strategy and OD at Grifols from August 2022 to May 2024, where initiatives focus on enhancing workforce engagement and fostering high-performance cultures.
