Grace Ching

Grace Ching serves as the Senior Director of R&D Operations, Program Management, and Medical Affairs at Grifols since May 2023, following a progression of roles within the same organization, including Director and Associate Director of R&D Operations. Prior to joining Grifols, Ching worked at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, where positions included Associate Director and Manager of Research Operations and Alliances, as well as serving as an independent consultant. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology/Molecular Cell Biology from the same institution.
