Hermes Castro

Hermes Castro is an SAP FI-CO Functional Consultant and SLT Consultant with a background in mechanical engineering. They possess extensive experience in process standardization, operational models, and project management, focusing on logistics optimization and continuous improvement methodologies. Previously, Hermes served as a Project Manager at the Federación de Entidades Latinoamericanas en Catalunya, where they successfully managed multiple projects and secured funding from various public and private organizations. Hermes has also worked as a Financial Reporting Analyst and Operational Processes Engineer, developing efficient financial and operational processes. They hold multiple master's degrees, including one in Financial Management and Operations Management from EAE Business School.
