Kelley O'Connell

Kelley O'Connell is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sales industry, currently serving as a Senior Executive Pulmonary Sales Specialist in Rare Disease and Orphan Drug at Grifols since October 2013. In this role, Kelley partners with healthcare specialists to identify patients with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency and educates medical professionals on infusion therapy benefits. Prior to Grifols, Kelley held various positions at Eli Lilly and Company from January 2007 to October 2013, including Senior Specialty Sales and a promotion to Senior Sales Representative. Kelley demonstrated a strong ability to revitalize underperforming territories and significantly increase prescription volumes. Additionally, experience as the Family Lifeskills Program Coordinator at the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension complemented earlier work as a Project Worker at HYPED. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature and Women’s Studies from the University of Richmond and is an alumna of Phillips Exeter Academy.
