Marta Jose

Marta Jose has extensive experience in the field of biomedical research and development, currently serving as Sr Manager of Product Development and Quality Assurance in Plasma R&D at Grifols since March 2021. Prior roles at Grifols include Vice President of Bioscience Global Scientific & R&D, Sr. Director of Bioscience Global Scientific and R&D, and Director of Project Planning and R&D QA. Marta has a strong background in coordinating R&D projects and ensuring quality assurance within the biotech sector. Earlier positions included Sr. Director of Bioanalytics at Grifols USA, responsible for method development and product characterization, and roles in research and department leadership spanning almost two decades at Grifols. Marta’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Science in Biochemistry and a Master's in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
