Paulina Segura Oñate is a seasoned professional in employer branding and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Employer Branding Manager at Grifols since November 2021. Previously, Paulina held the role of Employer Branding Insights Manager at Red Arbor, where expertise in digital HR solutions was utilized across LATAM and APAC. Prior experience includes leadership in employer branding and talent acquisition at KPMG and a Pharma & Healthcare Consultant role at Randstad, working closely with major clients like CitiBank and Almirall Pharmaceutical. Paulina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Human Resources from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, completed in 2016.
