Victor Ubeda Roncero

Victor Ubeda Roncero, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Grifols, where also holds the role of Corporate Digital Transformation Committee Advisor focusing on Extended Reality and the Metaverse. Previous positions include Head of HR North America at Grifols and Human Resources Business Partner at Dräger. Additionally, Victor serves as a Board Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company, and as a Lecturer at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Victor holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social & Organizational Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and is pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of California, Berkeley.
