Yushu Chen

Yushu Chen is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in supply chain operations and technical support, currently serving as the Manager of Plasma Supply Chain Technical Support at Grifols since December 2022. Prior to this role, Yushu held the position of Senior Global Supply Planner at Teleflex Incorporated, where the focus areas included service levels, inventory management, and process improvement for various surgical and anesthesia business units. Additionally, Yushu worked at Philips Healthcare as a Global Customer Order Supply Chain Manager, specializing in order fulfillment and planning within the Computed Tomography and Advanced Molecular Imaging divisions. Earlier experience includes an internship in Continuous Improvement at Cleveland Clinic, emphasizing cost rationalization and service level enhancement. Yushu Chen holds a Master's Degree in Operations Research and Supply Chain from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
