Sudarshan B.n.

Sudarshan B.N. has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 as a Production Engineer at Ergo Spaces Private Ltd. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Production Executive at APW President Systems, where they were responsible for managing the production of modular cabinets and enclosures. Sudarshan then joined Dickinson Fowler Pvt Ltd as a Senior Production Engineer, leading the sheet metal manufacturing department and ensuring best manufacturing practices for tobacco processing equipment. In 2005, Sudarshan became a Quality Manager at United Telecoms Limited, where they implemented and maintained ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems. Sudarshan later joined Griha Software Technologies Pvt Ltd, first as a Quality Manager, then as a Senior Manager of Projects and eventually as the Vice President - Healthcare Services. In this role, they oversaw data quality management and supply chain analytics services, as well as strategic initiatives and performance management functions.

Sudarshan B.N. obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from Bheemanna Khandre Institute of Technology, which they completed between 1993 and 1997. Later, in 2007, they earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Additionally, Sudarshan has obtained several certifications throughout the years, including a Master Data Quality Manager certification from ECCMA in 2023 and a Black Belt on Lean Six Sigma from KPMG India in 2018.
