Praveen Kumar

Praveen Kumar currently serves as the Regional Training Manager for AP & TS at Grihum Housing Finance since July 2025. Previously, Praveen held the position of Training Manager for insurance at AssetPlus from April 2023 to July 2025 and was Training Manager for Sales at Portea from April 2022 to April 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Branch Training Manager at Kotak Life, where main responsibilities involved executing training schedules. Additionally, Praveen worked as a Senior Product Trainer at OPPO, overseeing a large sales team and focusing on skill development, and served as a Product Trainer at PACE SETTERS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD. Praveen began the professional journey as a BPO Team Lead and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Damisetty Bala Suresh Institute of Technology, completed in 2019.
