Roberto Gonzales has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Grill Concepts, Inc. since 2012, while also holding managerial positions at Georgetown Restaurant Corporation and Wasabi Sushi since 2014. Prior to these roles, Roberto spent two decades with California Pizza Kitchen as a Restaurant General Manager from 1992 to 2012. Educationally, Roberto studied at Air Oasis from 1988 to 1990, earning a degree as a Maintenance Technician, specializing as an Airplane Mechanic.
