Benjamin Dussaud has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benjamin is currently the Head of Data Analytics & Insights at Grill'd since 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Accenture as a BI & Data Analytics Associate Manager from 2020 to 2022, where they implemented data strategy and governance for retail clients, managed digital transformation projects using Agile methodology, and designed PowerBI dataflows, datasets, and reports. Benjamin also had a role as a Data & Analytics Consultant at Icon Integration Pty Ltd in 2020. Before entering the data analytics field, Benjamin worked in various engineering positions. Benjamin was a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst at William Hill from 2018 to 2019, a Trading Analyst at Tabcorp from 2017 to 2018, and a Senior Trading Assistant at bet365 from 2016 to 2017. Benjamin also held engineering roles at PERI, VSL International Ltd., Golder Associates, and FONDASOL from 2010 to 2015. Benjamin's experience includes project planning, technical deliverables, geotechnical investigations, and preparing reports.
Benjamin Dussaud has a diverse education history. Benjamin completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie in 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Structural and Civil Engineering from the same institution, which they completed in 2009. Additionally, Benjamin obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Birmingham in 2009. Furthermore, Benjamin holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate, which they obtained in May 2020.

When our doors opened for the first time in 2004 it was because we wanted to challenge the belief that burgers were bad. We were the David to the Goliath’s of the burger world, and we were fighting them with burgers that were both guilt-free and delicious. Today we're proud to plate up healthy burgers made with love. It’s what makes our burgers the solution to fast food and not another alternative. We work with local farmers and artisans to secure the freshest ingredients and we're proud to serve RSPCA Approved chicken and free-range beef, lamb and eggs. How we did it back then is how we still do it today, the Grill’d way, and what continues to make our burgers so special is not only the ingredients. It’s our people. The Grill’d team. They are the heart and soul of Grill’d. Without them, there is no us. The reason we get up every morning and put on our bandanas is not just to cook delicious healthy burgers. It's to open our doors to our guests - the extended Grill'd family - and create a positive environment that offers inclusivity, mateship, and community. We stand alone in serving up our signature healthy burgers, but the true secret recipe is our people. Shh, don’t tell anyone.
