Jon Swann

Jon Swann has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Jon started their career at Grill'd Pty Ltd in 2008, where they held various roles including Senior Development Manager, GM Supply & Development, and GM Recruitment, Training, Supply & Development. In 2012, they joined Grill'd Healthy Burgers as the GM Operations, Recruitment, Training & Design Development, where they worked until 2015. Jon then became the Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Grill'd Healthy Burgers. In 2018, Jon joined Koko Black Chocolate as the Head Of Retail.

Jon Swann attended Camberwell Grammar from 1984 to 1989, where they received a Victorian Certificate of Education. Jon then pursued higher education at Deakin University from 1990 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Sports Management.
