Mark Sheen

Mark Sheen has a strong background in information technology and project management. Mark has served as the Director of Information Technology at Grimaldi's Pizzeria since 2017, where they lead the IT team, handles strategic planning and budgeting, and oversees infrastructure and security. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Technical Project Manager at Collective Information Technology from 2010 to 2017, where they optimized processes and managed software development projects. Mark also worked as a Technical Project Manager at EFMS from 2012 to 2014, where they managed IT infrastructure projects and served as a technology liaison. Earlier in their career, Mark was the Director of Information Technology at Excalibur Charter Schools from 2007 to 2013, where they led a technology team, managed procurement, and resolved technical issues.

Mark Sheen completed their education with a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Harvard University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2006. In addition to their degrees, Mark also holds several certifications, including Project+, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Network+, A+, and the PCI ISA Certificate of Qualification.
